If I could give 6 stars I would. After having a freak accident last night and having to bring my cat to the emergency clinic in Newtown they suggested I see a vet the next day. Even though I wasn’t a client of theirs, (Valley) I called and they got me in right away. The vet tech was awesome, and the vet explained everything so clearly. Even the front desk ladies were so sweet. They made my stress level completely go away. I have a happy kitty and I’m so thankful for this place!

I have never found such caring doctors, nurses, and staff. When my cat had to have surgery, the nurse called to make sure everything was OK And then called again after the follow up appointment. The office is extremely clean and welcoming. I cannot say enough about how happy I am that I moved my two cats to this office. I had three people recommend them and it was the best move. The doctors and nurses really take time to listen and they care. There was a possibility that one my one cat had cancer . But the doctor took the time to call me during the teeth cleaning when it was found as well as two days before I was coming in for the follow up. What more can I ask!

This place is absolutely fantastic. The doctor was great the techs were great the receptionist was great!! My pups behaved so well and I am so proud to be there Momma!!! Nails, shots, blood.. everything!! They went over the praise of everything with me without me asking. Give me a run down in a breakdown of what needed to be done, what was optional, what was a good idea!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED them to take care of your fur babies!!!! I felt so comfortable!

We use Valley Veterinary Hospital for both our cat and dog. I am very happy with the care they receive. Their follow-up is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and knows your pets. You feel like everyone there really cares about your pets. They want to make sure your pets get the best healthcare possible, and that you are comfortable and understand your pets’ healthcare needs.

I am so appreciative that I found this place. My puppy has been going here since the beginning and he really enjoys the entire staff. The office is very friendly, accommodating, and understanding. Both my puppy and I love seeing Dr. Kristie A. and learning from her. She is a knowledgeable asset to the office. I would recommend them to friends and relatives. We plan to continue our care with them for our current puppy and future puppy.
